"I Dreamed of Stones"

This is a story shared by the founder of the Shakhov brand—a dream so unforgettable that it left a lasting mark on his memory and sparked the creation of our unique products. Years have passed, but I still vividly recall that dream and the emotions it stirred within me.  

The Dream

A forest. I’m sitting on a moss-covered boulder. I don’t know where it came from, but I know a mantra: "Lim Li Lom Li Luuu." I repeat it several times, chanting it with my entire being. Suddenly, my boulder begins to move. It glides across the earth, carving a furrow in its wake, heading wherever my gaze directs it. As long as I sing this mantra, the stone moves. I embrace this newfound existence, reveling in it. I ride atop my stone, joy surging within me. Then, a new mantra rises in my soul: "Li Li Lom Li Laaa." I start chanting this experimental mantra—my own creation—and the stone takes flight. I sing, and we soar… The dream was so vivid, so real, that even after waking, I lingered in its magic for a while.  

From Dream to Reality

Naturally, I tried to recreate this experience in the waking world. I sat on stones and sang. Sometimes, I belted out the chants at the top of my lungs. In this reality, the stones didn’t fly. They didn’t even move. But the feeling—the sensation of being a stone driver—stayed with me. I felt a deep connection, a trust from the stones. Not because I earned it or because I’m someone extraordinary, but simply because I am me. That feeling has never left. And so, I live with it.
